At Motion Boardshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our team is here to help you get back on your board as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your items are in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or use our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our Seattle warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
